These Terms of Service govern your use of the Timeless Travels website (timeless-travels.ca) and our travel consulting services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Timeless Travels

Timeless Travels is a TICO-registered travel agency (Registration #T1433643) operated by Patricia in Toronto, Ontario. We operate as a travel consulting and agency service in partnership with FORA Travel. We act as an agent arranging travel services on your behalf — we do not directly provide flights, accommodation, tours, or other travel products.

2. Travel Services

All travel services arranged through Timeless Travels are subject to the following:

• Pricing: All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed and a deposit is paid.
• Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate but cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party supplier information.
• Confirmation: A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation and any required deposit has been processed.
• Cancellation: Cancellation terms vary by supplier and will be disclosed to you before any booking is confirmed.

3. TICO Consumer Protection

As a TICO-registered travel agency, Timeless Travels operates under Ontario's Travel Industry Act, 2002. This means:

• You have access to TICO's consumer protection and dispute resolution processes
• Certain travel services are covered by TICO's Consumer Protection Fund
• We are required to act in your best interests and disclose material information

4. Our Role as Agent

Timeless Travels arranges travel services as your agent. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings. We can provide information about travel insurance options. The decision to purchase travel insurance rests with you.

6. Consultations

Initial consultations offered through this website are free of charge and without obligation. Consultation advice is general in nature and based on the information you provide. Final recommendations are subject to actual availability and pricing at time of booking.

7. Website Use

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the website
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the website

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeless Travels' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid to us in connection with that booking. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
